It was Christmas Eve. Bear had written her letter to Santa and carefully set out her stocking, along with cookies, milk, and treats for the reindeer.  Her excitement was building—she hoped Santa would bring her a new friend. What she didn’t know was that she was about to embark on the adventure of a lifetime . . . and make some unexpected new friends along the way.

Bear, the mighty little horse who saves Christmas

Hwin and Little Bear were great friends.  Bear came into our lives when we had to move Hwin home.  Hwin was constantly sick and the only way to keep her healthy was to build a barn and move her home.  Luckily, we found sweet Little Bear to keep her company.  Very quickly, Little Bear captured all of our hearts, especially Hwin’s.  Christmas was the most fun.  The two looked forward to their annual Christmas photo.  Hwin would usually throw a tantrum until her Santa hat was placed on her head.  Bear had antlers.  She was and is our little reindeer.
